How to delete your Woody account and personal data.

You can delete your Woody account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

1. Delete in the app (fastest)

You can delete your account yourself in the Woody app:

  • Open the Woody app and sign in to your account.
  • Go to the Profile section.
  • Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
  • The account is deactivated immediately: your profile is deleted, your phone number is unlinked and all sessions are revoked.

2. Request by email (if you can’t access the app)

If you can’t access the app, email info@woody.uz with the subject “Delete account” from the phone number or email linked to your account. We will verify the request and delete the account.

3. What is deleted

  • Profile data — name, phone number and email.
  • Delivery addresses.
  • Cart and favourites.
  • If you are a seller — your shop is deactivated and your products are archived.

4. What may be retained

To meet legal and accounting requirements, some order records may be kept in anonymized form for a defined period. Such records cannot be linked back to you.

5. Timeline

Your personal data is fully removed from our systems within 30 days of the request being confirmed.
