Terms of Service

1. General

Woody is an online platform that connects furniture sellers and buyers.

• Woody acts as a platform connecting sellers and buyers, not as the seller of the goods.
• To use the platform you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Account

• Registration requires verifying your phone number with an SMS code (OTP).
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• One account per person; creating fake accounts or accounts in someone else’s name is prohibited.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Orders and payment

• Product price and availability are set by the seller and shown at checkout.
• Payment is made via the methods available in the app or on delivery.
• Once an order is confirmed, the seller undertakes to prepare and deliver it.

4. Delivery and assembly

Delivery time and cost depend on the product, the seller and the address, and are shown at checkout.

5. Cancellation and returns

• Order cancellation follows the cancellation rules in the app.
• Returns are handled in accordance with the consumer-protection laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Seller obligations

• Sellers must provide accurate information about the product, price and availability.
• Products offered for sale must be legal and meet applicable standards.
• Woody reserves the right to restrict sellers who are not verified or who break the rules.

7. Prohibited use

• Using the platform for fraud, illegal purposes or to violate the rights of others.
• Fake reviews, price manipulation or attempts to deceive the system.
• Using software that harms the operation of the platform.

8. Intellectual property

The Woody name, logo, design and software belong to ZettaCode. Sellers are responsible for the content they publish.

9. Limitation of liability

As a platform, Woody is not a party to the transaction between seller and buyer. The respective seller is responsible for product quality, delivery and warranty. The platform is provided “as is”.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page and take effect when published.
